% of Grape / Cépage:Duras 75%, Fer Servadou 15% Gamay 10 %

Soil:Lime and clay. Marnes and tertiary lake sediment limestone.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Mechanical harvest, destemmed, crushed and selected. Cold pre-maceration at 5°C before the beginning of the fermentation of the Fers and a part of the Duras. Warm pre-maceration for the Gamay and the rest of the Duras. These techniques will intensify the fruit and crispness that gives all the pleasure of this cuvee

Length:Aging in vat, for 8 to 12 month.
