Obtained by pressing the Cortese grapes grown in the villages of Novi Ligure, Gavi, in the province of Alessandria, it is bottled in the spring following the grape harvest season. Its colour is pale straw- yellow with green reflexes. It smells softly and fruity. The taste is dry, pleasant fresh and well-balanced. Suitable with hors d’oeuvre, fish dishes. Serving temperature:10°C.
