With an attractive and intense scarlet color, this rosé wine has a blend of soft blue and violet shades in the glass that exhibits its young age. This wine has a fresh and pleasant flavor with fruit touches that suggests a mixture of strawberry and raspberries and at the same time tart and sweet. The palate also exhibits hint of tropical fruits, such us mango. On palate it has a fresh entry with sharp acidity that gave a great balance. This balance makes a good structure that turns this rosé into a wine with a high intensity of taste, with a delicious step-mouth and great taste persistence, delicate and charm.

60% Monastrell - 40% Syrah

Predominance of brown limestone soil and sandy-texture, except where the crust limestone is very superficial, high content of calcium carbonate. All these aspects contribute to the low production figures per vine (average of 1,5 kg), of our vineyards, which are old and mostly unirrigated. The plot is located fife hundred meters higher than sea level, in a clay soil.

The average annual rainfall barely exceeds 200mm, so that each vine produces around 4kg per plant per year. The climate is a mixture between continental winter and Mediterranean summer, which implies a big thermal difference, from -10ºc to over 35ºc. It is therefore, an area with very cold winters and very hot summers.

This wine has been elaborated with maceration process that lasts only few hours, followed by a draining process. The fermentation is possible thanks to the addiction of yeasts and is carried out at low temperatures, lasting twenty days.
