Notes de dégustation (recommandé):It is the unic late harvest Txakoli, similar to other famous wines produced in the Atlantic Arch such as Barsac or Jurançon. The name of the wine is “Urezti”, that means Honey water in Basque idiom. The overripening of the grapes is carried out on the vines and the harvest takes place in the middle of November. The complexity of it’s aroma and the perfect balance between the sweetness and the acidity, make this wine very pleasant and special.
