With this espiritu we have elaborated this varietal Malbec, with style, elegance and personality, that become a wine it of incomparable attraction. Of good structure and taninos smooth and mature, of red color violaceo, with intense fragrance to red and black fruits, like the plum, the cherry and the blackberry. Serving among 16º and 18º

The grape growing and wine making industry of General Alvear has been greatly improved in the last decade, since the rustic varieties of little quality have been eradicated, and grapevine varieties of high quality have been planted instead. This has allowed us the production and ageing of high quality wines. Among the fine grapevines planted, we can mention the following white grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Ugni Blanc, and among the red varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah and Merlot, all of them very well adapted to our climate and soil. The training in general is carried out in trellises rows, also in arbors with the best modern viticultural practices and rational handlings of watering and fertilization. Thus, we carry out the work in a systematic way according to the most up-to-date in grapevine growing techniques, which allows us to be at the same level with the first brands in Argentina.
