Although it is called “Dolcetto”, it is a dry, gentle and harmonic wine. It is produced among the Langa’s hills. Ruby red with an intense fruity bouquet, dry and slightly bitter flavour. It goes well with every course, particularly with salami, with boiled meat, with poultry and rabbit chasseur. Serving temperature:18°C.
