Barilin is an extremely peculiar wine, starting from its composition. It's a Langhe Rosso, a blend of Babera and Nebbiolo, coming out from exclusive vineyards featured by clay blankets, gravel terrains (for Barbera grapes) and thicked sands of the Costa di Rose (for Nebbiolo grapes). Barilin production is further charaterized by special methods of harvest, with a severe selection of only fully matured grapes and a natural wine-making featured by a long and a very careful wine ageing in small barriques called barilin. All this lead to an impeccable result. This ruby-violet wine has got a full-bodied structure, with different and spicy fragrances embraced by a charming flavour, with a warm and solid tasting. This wine perfectly matches with cheese. Barilin is available only after the second year of ageing.
90% Barbera + 10% Nebbiolo
