Tasting Notes (recommended):Garnet color, afrench ripe berry aromas and with a good mouth structure, the tannins are well incorporated with the wood where it aged.

Soil:Vineyard located on the South part of Serra S. Mamede in Portalegre, planted in very poor soils, mainly, granitic and schist, between 330 and 385 meters high.

Growing Climate / Vintage Conditions:The vineyard is protected from the north and east winds. The grapes are in Sustainable Production System.

Date of Harvest:4th week of August 2008 with dry weather.

Type of Harvest:Manual, into 15 kg boxes.
