Tasting Notes (Recomendado):This deep coloured Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested from vines over 30 years old. Maturation for a period of 14 months in new French oak barrels and a further 15 months in bottle has produced a wine of elegance and complexity on the nose, with aromas of ripe black fruit and spices and soft notes of tobacco and cloves. This full bodied wine is multi layered with round and ripe tannins and a long silky finish.. Harvested with 5 Tons per Ha
