Tasting Notes (recommended):Color – ruby red. Aroma – intense, full, rich in spicy components and notes of small ripe red fruits. Taste – exceptionally elegant, with a harmonic and strong, well-balanced structure, and long duration.

% of Grape / Cépage:Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 10%.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Vinification – in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 28°-30° during fermentation. Ageing - in barriques of French oak and 10 hl Slavonian oak barrels for twelve months, then in bottles for at least six months. Quantity produced – max. 10.000 bottles (0.750 lt.).
