Note di degustazione (Suggerito):A “tinged” green citric colour and a very fine bubble with a persistent collar, a fresh and fruity aroma with hints of orange peel, white plum, pippin apple and a slight note of toasted bread. On the palate, it is creamy and fresh with notes of yeast creating a harmonious set of acidity, freshness and elegance.

Vinificazione

Metodo:Off skins fermentation under controlled temperature (17/19ºC), followed by a second fermentation in bottle (classic/champenoise method) during 12 months before the dégorgement.
