Note di degustazione (Suggerito):BLANC DE NOIR sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble with a generous necklace of mousse. A bright straw yellow colour. Exuberant and exotic aroma of mango and pineapple, hints of complexity like cookies and toasted bread. On the palate the fruit attack is sublime and rich. The acidity is very well-balanced. It finishes long, generous and complex.
