Generalidades

Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Eye: Garnet red, brown tints. Nose: Intense and complex mixing burnt notes (incense, tobacco) and fruity (blueberry, black cherry). Palate: Soft in attack, the mouth appears full and fleshy. The tannins assert themselves gradually to the final. Aromatic return of black fruit and persistent bitter chocolate.

Método:Total destemming of the harvest. Cold maceration (8°C) for 8 days. Maceration and fermentation during 10 to 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Racking and pneumatic pressing at low pressure. Maturation in barrels for 12 months. Bottled without filtration.
