Generalidades

Tasting Notes (Recomendado):This exceptional vintage is located at the top of the splendid croup of Gornac, where into 1550 the windmills were built, today still in perfect state. In this place nature gave birth to a wine soil from exception. Indeed, we are in the presence of ground argilo-limestone, rendzinas such as one finds them on the top of the village of Saint-Emilion. Limestone with asteries forms the basement. The grounds are very filter. This hill of Gornac is a geological exception of this area. We touch with the concept of vintage. Behind a constant dress appear fruit cooked walls flavours, of under wood, venaisons and tobacco, in fleshy and flexible of the molten tannins and very elegant mouth. All harvest is bottled at the castle.
