The Malbec variety is the best known and traditional argentinian variety. The cares carried out all during the process since the vineyard, makes of this ODYSSEA Reserva Malbec, a very nice and concentrated wine. It posses a deep ruby red color, intense aroma of ripe cherry and other red fruits, balanced with the woody caracter from the oak aging. In the mouthfill , the long maceration of the fruit, is powerded by the oak flavour. Heavy and deep ,well balanced, with velvet tannins has a long tasting what makes it ideal to accompany the best red meats. It may be aged as well in bottle, for several years in order to increase the maturation process of the wine ,and the appearance of the “Bouquet”…. Olivier Ruhard Winemaker
