Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Nice deep ruby red color. In the nose it is intense with red fruit aromas and some soft black pepper notes. In the mouth it is generose and mouth filling with black berries flavors and soft coffe notes, coplex and tasty.

This localization results in hot days and cool nights during the ripening season.

Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:The fruit was gently crushed and sent to stainless steel tanks for fermentation beetwen 24º-26ºC. During this period one soft pump-overs per day were carried out to keep the cap moist and to increase skin contact. The wine was allowed to settle and decant naturally and lightly filtered before bottling in September 2010.
