Vinification (fermentation)

Méthode:Classical red vinification , with maceration occurring at a temperature close to 28° C. to favour the dissolution of the colouring substances contained in the grape skins, followed by post fermentative maceration. The wine is suitable for selling aftere a refining period inside Salvonian oak and French barrique barrels for 24-36 monthsand then in bottles for further 3 months
