NATURAL WINE. Wine obtained from the selection of Albarossa, Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produced in the San Pietro vineyards. Following a soft crushing, the fermentation begins and it develops naturally (without adding selected yeasts). The maceration continues for 15 days and the refinement for 12 months.
40% Albarossa 40% Barbera 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
