Tasting Notes (recommended):Granite sub-soil very rich in manganese gives part of Moulin à Vent qualities. Dark red color, powerful, robust, with iris, fade rose, spices and ripe fruits aromas. Moulin à Vent has great aging potential and deserves to appear among the most famous Beaujolais. Culinary agreements: coq au vin, egg in red wine sauce, pig’s trotter, oxtail in red wine sauce.
