Grapes were harvested at full ripeness. Strict crop reduction to yield 8 tons per hectare.
Fermentation took place with VIN 13 with frequent pump-overs (4 times per day for 90 minutes at a time). After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks the wine was racked and put in French oak barrels (80% new and 20% second fill). The micro-oxygenation technique was used and the wine was bottled after 8 months on the oak.
