Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Grapes were harvested at an optimum ripeness of 24°B, inoculated with a pure yeast strain and fermented on the skins until dry. Thereafter alcoholic fermentation was completed. R/S: 3.10 g/l

Malolactic:Before wine was matured in steel tanks.
