Tasting Notes (Recomendado):The color is garnet red, the nose is rich and fruity, with notes of red fruit jam, raspberry, wild strawberry, as well as spicy notes of cinnamon and tobacco; the taste is full, dry and persistent. Pairings: it goes well with robust first courses, meat courses and ripe cheeses. You can appreciate its character even 8-12 years after the bottling. Serving temperature: 20°C.
