Tasting Notes (recommended):Fully ready to drink now, this dry brut shows the classy elegance of more expensive bubbles, with its refined texture and rich but subtle flavors of strawberries, peaches and brioche. Made from Grenache Noir and Cabernet, which adds a gentle note of cherries with spicy, yeasty and yummy nuances. Balanced with crisp acidity, the wine feels clean, vibrant and smooth.
