Oak Tannis Have Faded
Very dark, almost black, with very beautiful purples, this wine's flavour is very concentrate, with hints of balsamic flavours, very dark fruits like blueberries and raspberries, and beautiful tobacco notes. In the mouth is very intense, very concentrate, with beautiful polish tannins and a very fresh acidity characteristic of its terroir with a very long and persistent final.
Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca
Hot and dry with high termical gap
From the 3rd week of September until the 3rd week of October.
The grapes are crushed and destemmed. Inoculation with selected yeasts and alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 8 days.
28 – 30ºC
Malolactic fermentation develops under controlled temperature.
80% of the wine aged in ew French oak barrels for 24 months.
