Tasting Notes (recommended):COLOUR : greenish to pale yellow AROMA : lightly reminescent of green apple TASTE : On the palate is dry , full nutty and appley BEST MATCHES: It makes an excellent aperitif and it goes particularly well with light starters and fish and soft cheeses.

Soil:Soil of glacial and morenic origin , mostly marny with good capacity to keep water .

Growing Climate / Vintage Conditions:Mediterranean summers temperated with Apline and snowy winters .

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Classical white vinification. Fermentation occurs inside steel vats at controlled temperature , where selected yeasts are added. At the end of alcoholic fermentation wine is left in contact with yeasts for a suitable period of time
