Notes de dégustation (recommandé):DÜRNBERG SELECT wines have a pronounced fruitiness and are clearly typical of their varietal on the highest level. They are made out of selected grapes and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their fruit and freshness. Select-wines are characterized by their cool and mineralic notes caused by the limestone-soils. The PINOT BLANC has delicate almond, mineralic aromas and a hint of honey add up to create a very attractive nose. Subtle texture with lots of extracts. Burgundy's elegance refined with the spicy flavors of the Falkenstein limestone cliffs.
