Note di degustazione (Suggerito):This wine was elaborated from our best Monastrell vines, an indigenous grape variety of the area, which was cultivated following the guidelines of organic farming in Pinoso district. Wine tasting note: A very brilliant delicate smoked salmon colour. Fruity aromas remind of strawberries and plums. It is very fresh in the mouth and very easy-to-drink. The wine is well balanced and elegant with very clean finish. It goes well with rice and pasta dishes, white fish, seafood, white meats.
