Primitivo grapes are horvested ed from the aldest vineyards located near the ionion s, coltivated "ad alberello" with a very low top yield for hectare. The colour is ruby red with very nice violet hints. the fragrances are very intense and reminiscent of fruit jam and blackcurrant, cherry and mulberry, cocoa and liquorice. a round, smooth toste wiyh fruity notes and an aromatic aftertost, is ideal with gravy, broised and stewed meat. Best at serving temperature 18/20° C
