Tasting Notes (recommended):Its colour is of a very pale and luminous pink with salmon reflections. Very frank nose with fruits of the forest and redcurrant notes dominating savoury scrub notes; Very fruity, it is both light and long in the mouth. Its altitude terroir of the Corbières, its protected environment and the harmonious balance of each cepage make Rubellis’ character. The carignan brings freshness, the syrah a rich variety of aromas and the Grenache, harvested at perfect maturation, its delicate structure. / Rubellis Rosé is a versatile wine, both easy partner to salads, pasta dishes and grilled meats, and right accompaniment to more refined meals like smoked salmon pancakes or Asian food.
