It comes ready to drink, however, it can be kept for more 10 years. It should be served to the temperature of 18ºC.

Our grapes are harvested by hand and placed in boxes of 20 kg selecting what´s best on the terroir and stage 9 to 12 months in French and American oak.
Type of Vinification: Traditional of Dao region, classic vinification; Fermentation temperature: controlled temperature up to 28º C. Fermentation during 9 days.
