Slight Touch of Oak
With deep ruby red color and purple middle, this wine's aroma has blueberries and raspberries supported by smoky chocolatey oak. Is rich and complex in the mouth with berry fruit flavours, chocolate and velvety tannins. The wine has an excellent persistence and balance.
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca e Tinta Barroca
Hot and dry with high termical gap.
From the 3rd week of September until the 3rd week of October.
The grapes are crushed and destemmed; inoculation with selected yeasts; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 8 days.
28 – 30ºC
Malolactic fermentation develops under controlled temperature in small stainless steel tanks.
80% of the wine aged in new French oak barrels for 9 months.
