This unic and stunning sparkling wines offers on the nose the characteritic flavours of a classy red Burgundy from Savigny-les-Beaune, like fresh strawberries and red carrots with a dry taste. The fine creamy bubbles covers the tannins in the wine so If there should excist a red Champaign it should taste like this. Drink it with a nice "Paté de gibier"
