Tasting Notes (recommended):Roero Arneis is the most important white wine from Piemonte. Straw yellow colour, bouquet intense but delicate with exotic fruit and acacia flowers, elegant and fresh in the mouth. Pleasant aftertaste. Persistent and well balanced. Serve with: appetizer, fish and white meat, seafood, pasta, rice, vegetarian dishes. Perfect as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
