Método:Red Vinification . The grape skins are reomved from the must almost immediately or after they have been left to macerate for some hours , so as to make the must acquire a pink colour . First fermentation occurs at comntrolled temperature by adding selected yeasts . The wine becomes bubbly inside low temperature pressure tanks .
