Generale

Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Deep garnet in colour tinged with dark purple. Complex nose of spice, ripe fruit and black cherry. Structured on the palate with lovely roundness. The same aromas perceived on the nose are translated on the palate as flavours of spices, pepper, and liquorice. The finish is fresh with notes of blackberry.

Vigneto

% di uve / cépage (vitigno):Grenache 50%, Syrah 20%, Carignan 20% Cinsault 10%

Terreno:Schist and sandstone, on a very steep hill. Altitude is 250m. The vines are 45 years old in average and are planted contours.

Vinificazione

Metodo:Hand haversted, grapes are then totally destemmed. Vinification is traditionnel with frequent delestage. Strict control of the fermentation temperature. Vating time varies between 8 and 20 days depending of the vintage
