Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Expresive and with great varietal character, clean and refreshing; it has grape fruit aromas, peach and some floral. In the mouth is fresh, soft with a nice acidity that gives it a fresh and long lasting finish.

Clima de cultivo / condiciones de añada :The grapes used in this wine comes from selected lots from San Javier and Villa Alegre Vineyards in the Maule Valley, which extends from the Loncomilla river. This position allows white varietes to ripen more slowly here than in the rest of the valley.

Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:The grapes were harvested early in the morning at low temperaturas to preserve fruit characters. The fruit was destemmed and gentil pressed. The must was inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13 – 15ºC. The wine was fined and lightly filtered before bottling in September 2011.
