Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Brilliant colour with a pale yellow tint and green hues; intense and complex with blackcurrant bud, floral and mineral notes. In mouth, lively, fruity, floral, very well-balanced, fine and elegant good length.Served chilled at 10°C, this nice Sauvignon wine would be an ideal companion to seafood and goat cheese. Also in Aperitif.

Vinificazione

Metodo:Night harvest, total destemming of the grapes, pressing (pneumatic), protection of the must with CO2 and cold settling (6°C). Low temperature fermentation (12 to 15°C), vat maturation on the lees for a period of three months. Agitation of the lees.
