TEMPORA is a Sangiovese meant to last: strong in color and flavour, good tannic structure and great dark concentration in opposite to velvet mouth feeling. FOOD & WINE: wine of great pleasantness, structure and equilibrium. It is served whit red meat, stewed wild boar and other typical Italian dishes.
85-90% Sangiovese, 5-10% Merlot, 5% Cabernet
