SILVER MEDAL IN BIOFACH 2009 / 88 Parker Points 2011 Selection of Grenache grapes of old vines produced in ecological farming and prepared under strict controls applying ecological regulations in the winery. Aged for 4 months in fi ne French oak, this wine displays all the personality of this region, very aromatic, intense bouquet and surprising in the mouth. A wine in balance with the environment which optimizes the qualities of a variety which is autochthonous to our region: the Grenache grape.
