To this wine, we select the best grapes in traditional vineyards located at an altitude of 700 metres, characteristics which give it aromatic and gustatory properties which make it an exclusive wine. It has matured for 12 months in fi ne French oak casks; the results exalt the natural values of a recognized variety, while giving it a personal and unique character. A cherry-maroon colour, it presents aromas of good fruity expression, with local mineral character and pleasant notes of red fruit. In the mouth it is fruity, with notes of the variety and the wood in harmony; ripe background with earthy with earthy hints.
