Soil:The finest and oldest of the Cabernet Sauvignon plots.Predominantly shaly-clayey soil.These plots, planted at the foot of the mountains, were specially selected for their freshness:Alternating between strong sea breezes during the day and winds off the montains (Muntese) at night.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Plot-by-selection Optimal maturity. Long maceration (20 days). Maturing in oak barrels for 14 months.
