Tasting Notes (recommended):Luminous colour with hints of gold and green. Highly complex nose... A veritable symphony of aromas: white peaches, citrus, with a dominant exoticism revealing floral notes. A discrete and mellow woody flavour with well-integrated vanilla notes. The attack is lively. The wine is generous, rich and suave. Notes of toast in the finish.

Soil:A selection from the finest and oldest of the Chardonnay plats. Predominantly shaly-clayey soil. These plats, planted at the foot of the mountains, were specially selected for their freshness: Alternating between strong sea breezes during the day and winds off the mountains (Muntèse) at night.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Selection of particular plots. Optimal maturity. 'Maceration pelliculaire'. Standard racking of the must (cold). Temperature controlled fermentation ( between 16-18°). Maturing in oak for 1 year, including 4 months on fine lees.
