Tasting Notes (Recomendado):The colour, is intense with ruby highlights. Verry expressive nose with hints of blackcurrant and red berries. In the mouth, the wine is fleshy yet easy to drink. There are notes of red fruits, blackcurrants, morello cherries over well-integrated woody notes.

Suelo:Selection from the finest and oldest of the Pinot Noir plots. Predominantly shaly-clayey soil. These plots, at the foot of the mountains, were specially selected for their freshness: Alternating between strong sea breezes during the day and winds off the mountains (Muntèse) at night.

Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:Selection of particular plots, optimal maturity. Cold pre-fermentation then standard maceration. Matturing in barrels for 12 months.
