Tasting Notes (recommended):This wine has been prepared with a selection of Grenache grapes from old vines, macerated under strict temperature controls to preserve all the freshness of the fruit and aged for 6 months in French oak and American oak with strong toasts. The result is an intense wine with a good red purple layer. It has a powerful and intense aroma, fruit is the dominant characteristic finding raspberry and cherry. The presence of vanillas, almond skin and caramel also stand out. It has a soft entry to the mouth giving way to a complex balance between flavours and aromas that return to the nose and an interesting combination between the fresh acidity and mature tannins.
