Medium intense orange colour with slight touch of amber. In its nose very fresh, young with tons of appricot, tropical fruits and a hint of honey. In its taste the appricot and the honey are dominating with the caracters of the Tokaji style aging. It is also creamy with perfect balance. Long lasting taste with fine, velvety smooth end. Recommended with the different forms of any poultry liver foods, the fruit garnished dishes of the far-Eastern cuisine. Goes well with Bejing style Duck. With appricot desserts or with wipped cream topped cakes it is a perfect finish of any meal. Serve chilled to 10-12 C.
