A lively, pale pink, aromatic wine with luscious nose and upfront muscat flavours. Spicy litchi and rose petal aromas, with a clean and dry finish. Hand harvested. Night harvested at optimum ripeness. Harvested at 20 degrees Balling. Yield 16 tons per hectare.
Style: A fruity, semi-sweet Blanc de Noir. Vinification: Cold fermentation, unwooded. 30 minutes skin contact after crushing. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the soil to express the individual characteristics of their origins. R/S :15 g/l.
