Metodo:Style: Dry easy-drinking Blanc de Noir. Vinification: Cold fermentation, unwooded. No skin contact. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the soil to express the individual characteristics of their origins. R/S 1.8g/l
