Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon - Shiraz, unoaked. Appealing ruby red colour. Cab leads with black berries, firm core. Shiraz adds flesh and breadth. Dark plum and ripe summer berry flavours, followed by a soft, rounded finish. Recommended maturation 1 to 5 years. A food friendly blend. Try with creamy pasta, roast meat, pork, lamb, venison, ham, duck and medium strength cheeses.
