A full-flavoured, semi-sweet wine with fine rose petal nose and exotic spices on the palate, full of Turkish Delight whiffs. Balanced acidity gives clean, dry and opulent lingering finish to delicate sweet and spicy flavours. An ideal dessert wine or aperitif on summer days. Great with spicy foods, as well as fruits. Recommended maturation potential : 2 to 3 years. Machine harvested. Night harvested at optimum ripeness. Harvested at 27 degrees Balling. Yield 8 tons per hectare.
Style : A full-flavoured, semi-sweet to sweet white wine. Vinification : Cold fermentation stopped at R/S 40 g/l. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing the cultivar to express its individual character and the soil of its origin.
