Tasting Notes (Recomendado):The robe is a bright golden yellow. The bouquet is complex and delicate with white flowers, vanilla and toasty aromas with undercurrents of banana and exotic fruit. Fleshy and perfectly well balanced with the same aromas coming through as in the bouquet. Its roundness makes it an ideal match for fish cooked in sauce, poultry; marrying equally well with fruit salads.
